The bike leg follows a scenic 90 km route that weaves through Callala Beach Road, Forest Road and Currarong Road, offering coastal views and controlled‑traffic sections. Day 2 challenges riders with a 180 km loop from Gannet Road, Nowra Hill, climbing through the Shoalhaven hinterland. After a rest day, the Ultimate Triathlon on Day 4 begins with a 1.9 km point‑to‑point swim at Shark Net Beach, then three 30 km laps of bike around Woollamia, and a 21.1 km run along the Jervis Bay foreshore. The finale, Day 5, is a 63 km run that loops five times through Huskisson, passing Greenfields Beach and the historic White Sands Tourist Park.
