MyRaceHub provides a platform for Australian runners and multisport athletes to:

• Browse and search for running, triathlon, duathlon, and other endurance events across Australia
• Build a personal race calendar to plan their season
• Track race results and maintain a racing history
• View public athlete profiles and race results
• Export calendar data for use in other applications
• Access training guides and educational resources

The service is provided free of charge and may include advertisements from third-party advertising networks.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You may create an account using Google sign-in, Facebook sign-in, or a username and password. You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• All activity that occurs under your account
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

3.3 Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through your account Settings page. When you delete your account, all your personal data, race calendar entries, and results will be permanently removed.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the service beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Submit false race results or misleading information
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Circumvent any rate limiting or access controls

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

The MyRaceHub website, including its design, logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to MyRaceHub and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.

5.2 Race Event Data

Race event information displayed on MyRaceHub is compiled from publicly available sources, race organisers, and running calendars. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not claim ownership of event information created by race organisers.

5.3 Training Content

Training guides and educational content on MyRaceHub are original works. You may share links to our guides but may not reproduce, modify, or distribute the content without permission.

6. User Content

When you submit content to MyRaceHub (such as race results, race reports, or profile information), you:

• Retain ownership of your content
• Grant MyRaceHub a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display and distribute your content as part of the service (for example, on public athlete profiles)
• Represent that you have the right to share the content and that it does not infringe on any third party's rights

You can delete your content at any time. When you delete content or your account, we will remove it from public display and our systems.

7. Race Data & Event Information

We compile race data from multiple sources and update it regularly, but we cannot guarantee that all information is current or complete. Race organisers may change dates, distances, courses, or cancel events without notice to us.

MyRaceHub is not a race registration platform. We link to official race websites where you can register directly with the organiser.

8. Third-Party Services

MyRaceHub integrates with third-party services including:

• Google & Facebook - For authentication (sign-in)
• Strava - For importing race activities (optional, user-initiated)
• Google Analytics - For understanding aggregate site usage
• Google AdSense - For displaying advertisements

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies. MyRaceHub is not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

9. Disclaimers

MyRaceHub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• That the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• That race event data will be accurate, complete, or current
• That the service will meet your specific requirements

9.1 Health & Fitness Disclaimer

Training guides and educational content on MyRaceHub are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical or professional fitness advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise programme, particularly if you have pre-existing health conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, MyRaceHub and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or race results
• Inability to access the service
• Reliance on race event information that proves to be inaccurate
• Any costs associated with missed or cancelled events

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Australian law, including liability under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to MyRaceHub at any time, with or without cause, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the service ceases immediately
• We may delete your account data after a reasonable period
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability)

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of MyRaceHub shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of changes by:
