Weather & What to Pack

Mid-March on the Fleurieu Peninsula typically brings mild to warm conditions with temperatures ranging from 15-25°C. Coastal locations like Port Elliot benefit from sea breezes which can keep temperatures comfortable but may also bring wind. Morning races often start cooler, warming as the sun rises. Pack sunscreen and a cap as coastal sun exposure can be intense. Light, breathable running gear is recommended, and bring layers for before and after your race. Stay well hydrated, especially for longer distances.
