Course Description
Hobart Run The Bridge takes runners across the iconic Tasman Bridge, one of Tasmania's most recognisable landmarks. The 10km course loops through the waterfront precinct at Salamanca and up over the bridge, delivering spectacular panoramic views of the Derwent River, the Hobart CBD, and Mount Wellington. The 5km run and 5km walk share the first half of the course through the historic Salamanca area, while the 1km Kids Dash gives younger participants their own moment of glory on a safe, flat course near the event village. The terrain is predominantly sealed road with moderate elevation on the bridge crossing.
