Course Description
The Bridgewater course winds through the rolling hills of the Adelaide Hills, starting at Bridgewater Oval. The Long Course (18‑22 km) includes a few rolling climbs and fast descents, while the Medium (13‑15 km) and Short (8‑11 km) routes stay mostly on gentle undulating terrain. The 5 km option is a flat loop around the oval, ideal for families and first‑timers. Aid stations are positioned at key points, and runners are encouraged to carry at least 1 L of water. The course is clearly marked and suitable for both walkers and runners.
