Course Description

The race takes place at the Sydney International Regatta Centre, a purpose‑built venue with a calm, flat lake for the 250 m open‑water swim. After the swim, athletes transition to a 10 km bike loop that follows smooth, paved paths around the parkland, offering gentle grades and plenty of shade. The final 2.5 km run follows a wide, well‑marked trail that weaves through the venue’s landscaped gardens and along the lake’s edge, providing a fast, scenic finish. Aid stations and transition facilities are positioned centrally for easy access.
