Course Description

The race kicks off on the golden sands of Trial Bay, where swimmers wade into the clear waters before heading onto a short beach run. Triathlon participants then transition to a 6km bike leg that follows the coastal road, offering sweeping ocean views and gentle climbs. The final 1km run loops back to the beach, finishing where it began. Aquathlon categories feature a 100m swim and 500m run, while the Mini Adventure offers a 50m swim and 50m run for the youngest. The course is flat to mildly undulating, well‑marked, and supported by transition zones, water stations and medical crews, providing a safe, scenic introduction to multisport.
