Course Description

Runners will start at the Port Adelaide foreshore, following a flat, paved route that hugs the River Torrens and the historic Port River quay. The course weaves past heritage warehouses, the iconic Port Adelaide Lighthouse, and the bustling marina, offering sea breezes and panoramic water views. With minimal elevation change, the path is predominantly asphalt, punctuated by short stretches of boardwalk along the waterfront. Turn‑around points are clearly marked, and the finish line returns to the starting promenade, allowing participants to soak in the vibrant port atmosphere and celebrate their achievement with fellow runners and supporters. Aid stations are positioned at the 10km and 20km marks, providing water and electrolyte drinks. The route’s easy terrain makes it ideal for personal best attempts, while the scenic backdrop adds a memorable touch to every stride.
