Course Description
The 5km Warrior Run begins at the iconic Grange Jetty Reserve on Esplanade, where participants line up beneath the jetty lights at 6:30 pm. The course follows the waterfront path along the Gulf St Vincent shoreline, offering sweeping views of the sea, the historic Marine Apartments and the rolling sand dunes that frame the jetty. Runners will enjoy a mostly flat, paved route with a brief stretch of compact beach sand near the jetty’s end, making it both fast and scenic. Turn‑around points are clearly marked, and the finish returns to the jetty’s central area, where volunteers greet participants. The route is family‑friendly, well‑signposted, and provides a pleasant evening breeze, perfect for a community‑spirit run in summer.
