What gear is mandatory for the longer distances?

Runners tackling 22 km to 115 km must carry a mobile phone, 10,000 mAh power bank, GPX file, mini first‑aid kit (including space blanket and bandages), headlamp, waterproof jacket (10,000 mm rating), spare batteries, high‑vis vest, beanie or buff, gloves, at least 1 000 ml of liquids and a keep‑cup or soft flask.
