Weather & What to Pack

May marks the onset of autumn in South Australia, with pleasant running conditions expected. Temperatures in Adelaide typically range from 10-19°C during May, though evening temperatures will be cooler as the sun sets. As this is an evening event starting between 4pm and 6:40pm, expect temperatures to drop throughout the race. Dress in layers and consider arm warmers or a light jacket for longer distances. The shaded forestry course provides natural protection, but bring sunglasses for the early afternoon start options. Hydration remains important despite the cooler conditions.
