Quick Facts
Getting There
The Domain is centrally located in Sydney's CBD, accessible via St James or Museum stations (Eastern Suburbs Line). Several bus routes stop nearby on College Street and Art Gallery Road. Limited street parking is available on surrounding streets, with paid parking at the Art Gallery car park. Public transport is strongly recommended due to the large crowd. Arrive at least 45 minutes before your start time to collect your race bib and warm up.
Weather & What to Pack
May in Sydney brings mild autumn conditions, with average morning temperatures between 12-18°C. Expect crisp, cool mornings perfect for running, though weather can be variable. Pack layers as you'll warm up quickly once moving. Rain is possible during autumn, so check the forecast and consider a light waterproof jacket. The sun rises around 6:30am in May, providing good natural light for the morning event. Hydration is still important despite cooler temperatures.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I walk instead of run?
