Walk, run or roll event supporting people living with multiple sclerosis. Easy grade tracks taking in views of Canberra's most recognisable landmarks. People living with MS receive free entry. Course Description

The MS Walk Run + Roll takes participants on a scenic journey through Canberra's most iconic landmarks, starting from Rond Terrace in Acton. The easy-grade route showcases the best of the nation's capital, with views of Lake Burley Griffin, the National Museum, and Parliament House. Participants can choose between 5km and 10km distances, following well-maintained paths around the Parliamentary Triangle. The flat, accessible course is perfect for walkers, runners, and wheelchair users alike, making it an inclusive event for all abilities. The route features smooth pathways ideal for prams and wheelchairs, with plenty of shade from established trees along the waterfront.
