Course Description

Participants start at one of three launch points – Middle Head for the 50 km challenge, Rushcutters Bay for the 30 km route, and Vaucluse for the 20 km walk – and trek along Sydney’s celebrated Eastern Beaches before finishing at Coogee. The course snakes past world‑famous harbour panoramas, winds through clifftop trails, and showcases the golden sands of Bondi, Tamarama, Bronte and Clovelly. Checkpoints appear roughly every 15 km, offering water, snacks and toilet facilities. Expect a mix of paved promenade, rocky shoreline and gentle bush tracks, with the 50 km distance taking up to 15 hours, the 30 km up to 10 hours, and the 20 km up to 6 hours. The event is a non‑competitive challenge, encouraging teamwork and fundraising for Beyond Blue.
