The river crossings will provide natural cooling during the course.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be able to swim?
Yes, participants should have basic swimming ability as the course includes river crossings. Qualified volunteers will supervise all water sections and swimming ropes will be in place to assist, but you should be comfortable crossing the river.
Can I skip obstacles?
Absolutely! All obstacles are optional. You can choose your own level of challenge and skip any obstacle you don't feel comfortable attempting. This makes the event suitable for various fitness levels.
What should I wear?
Wear old clothes you don't mind getting wet, muddy, and potentially torn. Many participants dress up in costumes for fun. Secure footwear with good grip is essential - old running shoes or trail shoes work well. Avoid cotton which stays wet and heavy.
Is there a bag drop and shower facilities?
There is no bag drop available, but a single key drop will be provided. Shower facilities will not be available at this event, so plan accordingly for your post-race cleanup.
Can I run with my kids?
Yes! The Mini Titan (5-14 years, 4.5km) is designed for kids, and parents are encouraged to run alongside younger children on the track without entering obstacles. The Adult Short Course (4.5km) allows parents and guardians to get muddy in adult obstacles while supporting their kids.
