Weather & What to Pack
March on the Gold Coast brings early autumn conditions with warm, humid mornings. Expect temperatures ranging from 20-28°C, with high humidity levels typical of the subtropical climate. Early 7:00 AM start times help beat the heat, but the course's forest canopy provides natural shade along many sections. Pack sun protection including sunscreen, sunglasses, and a cap or visor. Stay well-hydrated before and during the race, utilising the on-course water stations. The weather is generally stable in March, though occasional showers are possible. Light, breathable running gear is recommended for the humid conditions.
