Weather & What to Pack
October is spring in Australia, bringing mild to warm conditions in Noosa. Expect daytime highs of 22‑26 °C, lows around 15 °C, and moderate humidity. Light breezes off the ocean are common. Dress in breathable, moisture‑wicking layers and a light jacket for early morning chill. Sunscreen and a water bottle are essential, but you won’t need heavy hydration packs for a 5 km run.
