Course Description

The race follows an abbreviated 5 km loop that heads out to the ‘Secret Forest’ and returns via Pelican Island. The trail weaves through native bush, creek crossings and gentle undulations, offering plenty of shade and natural scenery. Restrooms are the only points where you may leave the course, and crew tents or gazebos are allowed in the designated area. Personal aids such as trekking poles are permitted for the standard hour events, while LOS laps prohibit artificial aids. All participants receive electrolyte supplies from Hammer Nutrition and a finish memento. The course is designed for runners to log as many laps as they can within their chosen time frame.

Getting There

Please visit the official race website for the latest information on parking locations, costs and recommended bus or train services, and plan to arrive early to collect your packet.
