Course Description

The race kicks off with a 4km road run that winds through the historic Art Gallery Road precinct, offering views of Sydney's cultural hub and a mostly flat, traffic‑free route. After completing the run, participants head straight to the Andrew Boy Charlton Pool for a 300m swim – six laps in a single lane, timed as you finish each lap. The course is designed for all abilities; walkers are welcome on the run, and the swim is performed in a well‑maintained indoor pool, making it a perfect spring challenge for beginners and seasoned athletes alike.

Getting There

The event is held at Andrew Boy Charlton Pool, 1C Mrs Macquaries Road, Sydney. Parking, public transport options and exact arrival recommendations are provided on the official website. Plan to arrive early to allow time for check‑in (opens 5:30pm) and locker use.

Weather & What to Pack
