Event Details
Course Description
The race starts at the Andrew Boy Charlton Pool in Sydney’s CBD. After a 5:30 pm check‑in, participants line up at the pool entrance and, at 6:15 pm, set off on a 4 km road loop that weaves through the historic Art Gallery Road precinct, offering city skyline views and a mix of flat stretches and gentle corners. Once the loop is completed, athletes transition back to the pool for a 300 m swim – six laps in a single lane – before finishing at the pool deck. The course is fully timed, with wave starts limited to 20 runners per wave, ensuring a supportive, community‑focused atmosphere.
