Course Description

The race launches from Agnes Water’s Main Beach where participants tackle a 750‑metre swim in clear, spring‑time waters that may have a light surf. After the swim, athletes transition to a 20 km bike ride along a quiet, traffic‑free country road that hugs the coastline, offering uninterrupted ocean views and gentle terrain. The final 5 km run follows the town’s streets, winding past local cafés and the iconic Great Barrier Reef shoreline, delivering a rewarding mix of beachside scenery and small‑town charm. The Enticer distance follows the same route at half the length, making both options accessible and enjoyable.
