Event Details
Course Description
The race kicks off with a pool swim in the Eaglehawk YMCA 50‑metre indoor pool – multiple laps in a single lane keep it simple. The bike leg is a 3.75 km road loop featuring gentle hills; athletes complete four laps for the Long Course and two laps for the Short Course, with marshals at every corner for safety. The run follows a flat, approximately 1 km footpath circling Lake Neangar, also done in multiple laps (four for Long, two for Short). All courses are clearly marked, offering a fast, friendly atmosphere amidst the picturesque Eaglehawk countryside.
