Course Description
All courses start and finish at the Western Districts Joggers & Harriers clubhouse, 150 m west of the Henry Lawson Drive footbridge. The routes follow well‑maintained paved pathways that wind around Lake Gillawarna and the Georges River, with brief grassy stretches and gentle undulations. Runners will pass water‑bird habitats, totem poles and a water sculpture at Shortland Brush, with drink stations at 3, 5, 10, 12, 17 and 19 km. The terrain is mostly flat, making it ideal for beginners while still offering a satisfying challenge for the half‑marathon.
