Course Description

The race kicks off with a beach or deep‑water swim at Halls Head, followed by a fast‑flowing road bike circuit that threads through the picturesque Mandurah foreshore and surrounding parklands. Runners return to a flat, well‑marked road finish that showcases the estuary views. Both Enticer (150 m swim, 7.5 km bike, 1.5 km run) and Standard (300 m swim, 14.5 km bike, 3 km run) courses are designed for a smooth flow, with transition areas set up near the parking zone. Expect warm daytime temperatures, light sea breezes, and plenty of volunteer support along the route.
