Course Description

The race starts at Scarborough Beach Park and follows the stunning Scarborough foreshore on the Redcliffe Peninsula. Runners will experience a flat, sand‑adjacent pathway with sweeping views of Moreton Bay, passing coastal parklands and community cheer stations. The 10km route offers a gentle endurance challenge for those 12 years and older, while the 3km course is perfect for families and walkers of all ages. Both distances finish back at the park, providing a picturesque backdrop for post‑race celebrations.

Getting There

The event is held at Scarborough Beach Park in the coastal suburb of Scarborough, QLD. Bibs can be collected on Saturday 14 Nov (3‑6 pm) at Dolphins HQ, Redcliffe, and on race morning from 5:30 am at the park. Arrive early to allow time for bib pick‑up and warm‑up. What are the registration fees and deadlines?

10km entry is $55 (Early Bird, until 30 Sep), $60 (Standard, 1 Oct–1 Nov) or $65 (Late, 2–14 Nov). 3km entry is $30, $35 or $40 respectively. Registrations close on 14 Nov 2026 at 12:00 pm AEST. Check the official website for the payment processing fee.

When and where can I collect my race bib?

Bib collection is available on Saturday 14 Nov from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Dolphins HQ, Redcliffe Dolphins, Cnr Klingner Rd & Ashmole Rd, Redcliffe QLD 4020, and on race day from 5:30 am at Scarborough Beach Park. Arrive before the briefings.

Is there an age limit for the races?

Participants must be at least 12 years old for the 10km run. The 3km fun run/walk is open to all ages, but children under 11 must be accompanied by a registered adult.

Can I run both the 10km and 3km events?

Yes, you can enter both distances, but you must register separately for each and change bibs between races. Plan to collect both bibs and allow time for the switch.
