Course Description
All courses start at the historic Old Casino Railway Station and head onto Dyraaba Street, then Spring Grove Road before joining the flat, fast Northern Rivers Rail Trail. The 2km route is a gentle out‑and‑back on paved surfaces and compact gravel, perfect for families and wheelchair users. The 5km and 10km courses follow a similar out‑and‑back pattern, covering 2.5km and 5km respectively before returning to the start. The highlight is the 21.1km Half Marathon, a two‑lap circuit that runs roughly 5km on the trail, makes a U‑turn, and repeats for a total of 10km per lap, offering scenic river views and minimal elevation change. Two aid stations provide water and refreshments along the way.
