Course Description
The Pat Farmer's Quicksand Australia takes place on the soft sands of Terrigal Beach, offering a unique and scenic running experience on the Central Coast. It includes individual 2km, 5km and 10km runs, a 2km Family Run and 2km Primary School Run, plus three 10km 5-person relay formats (open, Surf Club Challenge, and High School). The event supports the SOKS charity, with all proceeds going to Central Coast community beneficiaries.
Getting There
Terrigal Beach is located on the Central Coast of NSW. Parking is available at Terrigal Surf Club, where registration and bib collection will take place. Arrive early to secure a spot and prepare for the event.
