Event Details
Course Description
Teams of two will tackle a linear, unmarked course of either 15 km (Full) or 30 km (Half) across the scenic Shoalhaven region. The Full option blends 5‑7 km of trail running, 10‑15 km of mountain biking and a 5 km kayak stretch, while the Half option offers a lighter 3‑5 km run, 5‑7 km bike and 3‑5 km paddle. Expect coastal bush tracks, gentle river inlets and forested ridgelines, with checkpoints marked by orange‑white flags. Navigation is key – you’ll receive waterproof maps and 1.5 hours pre‑start to plot your route. The race finishes at the event HQ in Mollymook, with a 6‑hour cut‑off.

How do I register for the race?
Register online via the Wild&Co entry portal. Entry fees are $265 per team for the Full Course and $235 for the Half Course (GST inclusive). No registration deadline is listed – check the official website for the latest details.
