Course Description
The Washpool Trail Run takes place in the breathtaking Gibraltar Range National Park, offering runners a journey through rugged terrain, dense forests, and scenic vistas. The 50km ultra is the ultimate test of endurance, while the 25km and 9km options cater to a range of abilities. Runners will navigate through trails that wind through the iconic Washpool area, with challenging ascents and descents. The course is well-marked and suitable for experienced trail runners seeking a true wilderness experience.
Getting There
Mulligans Campground is located within Gibraltar Range National Park. Access is via the Princes Highway, with the nearest town being Taree. Parking is available at the campground. It is recommended to arrive at least one hour before the event start time to allow for registration and course familiarisation.
