Course Description

The walk follows scenic routes along the Murray River, through Albury’s riverfront parklands, across the historic bridge into Wodonga, and past leafy streets and community hubs. The 5km option stays within the Albury city centre, the 10km adds a loop around the riverfront, and the 20km extends into surrounding suburbs and the Wodonga side. All routes are flat, well‑marked and a mix of paved roads and shared paths, making them suitable for walkers of all abilities.

Getting There

The walk starts at Albury Town Hall on the riverfront. Free parking is available at the Albury Civic Centre car park and nearby street bays. Albury railway station is a short walk away, and local bus routes (e.g., 30, 31) stop close to the start. Arrive at least 30 minutes before the start to collect your bib and route map.
