Course Description

The 12‑hour ultra follows a 5.275 km out‑and‑back loop that hugs the bush trail west of the Jamieson Park car‑park, crossing a small bridge and skirting the edge of Narrabeen Lake. The terrain is flat, smooth and fast, offering a quick‑pace night run through native foliage. Runners will repeat the loop for the full 12‑hour period, with the only mandatory equipment being a reliable headlamp. Pack collection begins at 4 pm, and while aid‑station details are still to be announced, the course’s easy‑going surface makes navigation straightforward even after dark.

Getting There

The race is held at Jamieson Park on The Esplanade in the suburb of Narrabeen, north of Sydney. Specific parking and public‑transport details are not listed on the event page, so please check the official website for the latest information and plan to arrive early to collect your race pack at 4 pm.

Weather & What to Pack
