Course Description
The 5 km Foam Fest course winds through Glenworth Valley Wilderness Adventures, blending bush trails, open fields and inflatable structures. Runners start in a foamy launch zone, tackle hurdles, slip‑n‑slides, a giant inflatable waterslide and mud pits before finishing amid foam. The terrain is mixed – part trail, part flat grass – with plenty of shaded areas and water stations. Obstacles are optional and staff are on hand to guide you, making the experience fun‑focused rather than competitive. Expect a lively, family‑friendly atmosphere with plenty of photo‑ops.
