Course Description
The 5K Foam Fest course winds through the Sydney International Equestrian Centre’s mixed terrain, blending flat paved sections with grassy tracks and inflatable obstacles. Runners start at the foamy start hurdles, then tackle foam walls, slip‑n‑slides, spider‑web forests and mud pits before hitting the mega slide and foam zone. The route is clearly marked with tape and arrows, with 2‑3 hydration stations and on‑course washrooms. Obstacles are optional and staff are stationed to assist, making the experience adaptable for all fitness levels while still delivering a thrilling, foam‑filled adventure.

Weather & What to Pack
December is summer in NSW, with typical highs of 22‑30 °C and warm, sunny conditions plus occasional humidity. Dress in light, breathable clothing, wear sunscreen and a hat, and stay hydrated throughout the day. Expect the foam and mud to feel hotter under the sun, so bring a change of clothes and a towel for after the race.
