Course Description

The Wharf to Wharf Challenge is an epic 27km trail running adventure linking Tathra Wharf to Merimbula Wharf along the spectacular Sapphire Coast. This demanding course traverses the ancient lands of the Yuin people, taking runners past rugged cliffs, through dense coastal forests, and across long stretches of sand. Expect boulder-hopping along rocky shorelines, technical climbs up headlands with sweeping ocean views, and exposed stretches through windswept heathlands. Every kilometre delivers fresh challenges requiring focus, strength, and resilience. The course is well-marked with a 12:30 PM cut-off time, making this a true test of trail running grit and endurance.

Getting There
