Course Description
The Sri Chinmoy Sydney Series Race 2 takes place at the scenic Iron Cove in Sydney's inner west. The courses feature flat, fast waterside loops along the popular shared pathway adjacent to Drummoyne and Rozelle, offering spectacular views across Iron Cove Bay. Starting near Giovinazzo Grove in Lilyfield, the half marathon consists of multiple laps of this picturesque route, whilst the 7km and 4km distances offer shorter variations of the same scenic course. The predominantly flat terrain makes this an excellent opportunity for personal bests, though runners should prepare for potential headwinds along exposed sections of the waterfront. The relaxed, community atmosphere combined with beautiful water views creates an enjoyable racing experience for all abilities.
