Course Description
The Warringah International Triathlon takes place in the stunning Sydney Harbour National Park at North Head, Manly. Athletes start with a swim at Collins Beach before a unique 2km transition run up to North Fort. The bike course follows the recently resurfaced North Scenic Drive, offering picturesque harbour views with minimal traffic on a flat, fast course. The run leg takes competitors through the National Park grounds with coastal vistas. Both Enticer and Sprint distances feature this distinctive long T1 run that adds character to the event. The course showcases why North Head is regarded as one of Sydney's most scenic triathlon venues, combining natural beauty with professionally marshalled racing.

Weather & What to Pack
April in Sydney typically offers ideal autumn racing conditions with mild temperatures ranging from 15-23°C. Expect partly cloudy skies with lower humidity than summer months. The coastal location at North Head can be breezy, particularly for the swim at Collins Beach. Morning temperatures will be cool at the 6:30 AM start, warming through the race. Pack sunscreen, sunnies, and a cap for the bike and run. The moderate conditions make hydration crucial but manageable. Early autumn offers some of Sydney's best weather for multisport racing.
