Course Description
The Surf Coast Wonderfalls Trail Run takes runners through the rugged Otway trails behind Lorne on Victoria's Great Ocean Road, starting and finishing at Cumberland River Holiday Park. All distances open with three river crossings within the first 2km (ankle to knee deep depending on rainfall), followed by coastal bushland, technical singletrack and up to six waterfalls on the longer courses. Unlike most Trailsplus events, Wonderfalls runs on a Saturday, not Sunday.
Getting There
The event takes place at Cumberland River Holiday Park, located on the Great Ocean Road near Lorne. Parking is available on-site. It is recommended to arrive early to allow time for registration and to explore the venue.
