Weather & What to Pack

May in Brisbane offers ideal running conditions with mild autumn weather. Expect morning temperatures between 13-17°C, warming to around 23°C by mid-morning, with low humidity compared to summer months. The conditions are generally sunny with occasional cloud cover. UV levels remain moderate, so sunscreen is still recommended. Dress in light layers that you can remove as you warm up. The comfortable temperatures make this an excellent time of year for personal bests, though you should still bring water for hydration during and after your run.
