Weather & What to Pack

May in Goulburn brings crisp autumn conditions with morning temperatures typically ranging from 2-8°C, warming to 12-16°C by late morning. As a highland city, Goulburn can be quite cold at this time of year, particularly at the 9:00 AM start. Dress in layers you can remove as you warm up, and expect clear, dry conditions with low humidity. Morning fog is possible near the river. The cooler temperatures are ideal for racing, but ensure you have warm clothing for before and after your event. Stay hydrated despite the cool weather.
