The Women's and Girls' Jogalong takes place on the scenic dirt tracks and bike paths winding through Weston Park, one of Canberra's most picturesque lakeside reserves. The courses offer a mix of natural surfaces with gentle undulations, providing a friendly challenge whilst showcasing beautiful views across Lake Burley Griffin. The 6km handicap event allows runners of varying abilities to compete fairly, whilst the 3km and 2km options cater perfectly to younger participants and those building their running confidence. The sheltered park environment provides protection from wind, and the tree-lined paths offer shade during warmer months. Getting There

Weston Park is located on the western shore of Lake Burley Griffin, accessed via Prescott Lane off Cotter Road. Ample free parking is available in the park's car parks near the start area. Public transport users can catch bus routes 80 or 81 to Yarralumla, then walk approximately 10 minutes through the park. Arrive at least 20 minutes before the 8am start to allow time for registration and warm-up.
