Event Details
Course Description
The course begins at the City Beach Kiosk on Challenger Drive and follows the flat, paved promenade that hugs the Indian Ocean. Runners will trace a scenic loop past golden sands, surf‑lit cliffs and the iconic City Beach lifeguard tower, with gentle undulations only where the path meets the beachfront promenade. Both the 4km and 8km options stay on the well‑maintained beachfront walkway, offering uninterrupted sea breezes and sunrise‑lit water views. The route is fully supported with volunteers at key points, and the finish returns to the kiosk where a festive Christmas breakfast awaits participants.
