Event Details
Course Description
The Matilda Bay Run follows a flat, sealed road circuit along the Swan River foreshore in Dalkeith. The 10km route loops past the iconic Matilda Bay Reserve, offering sweeping water views, parkland scenery and gentle undulations that keep the effort steady. The shorter 4km option shares the same picturesque stretch, making it ideal for families and newcomers. Both courses are well‑marked, largely traffic‑free, and finish back at the start/finish hub where participants can cool down and celebrate their achievement.
Getting There
Matilda Bay Run is held at Matilda Bay in the Dalkeith suburb of Perth. For details on parking, public transport options and recommended arrival times, please visit the official event page or contact the West Australian Marathon Club.
