Weather & What to Pack

June marks the start of winter in Victoria, with Rosebud experiencing cool conditions. Expect morning temperatures between 8-14°C, with potential for wind off Port Phillip Bay. The early start times mean you'll be racing in crisp morning air, perfect for running performance. Dress in layers that you can remove, as you'll warm up quickly once racing. A long-sleeve shirt or light jacket for the warm-up is recommended. Check the forecast in the days leading up to the event, as coastal weather can be changeable. Hydration remains important even in cooler weather, so take advantage of the water stations along the course.
