Event Details
Course Description
Swimmers start in the Eaglehawk YMCA 50‑metre indoor pool, completing multiple laps in a single lane. The bike leg follows a 3.75 km on‑road loop with gentle hills, marked by marshals at each corner; athletes repeat the loop four times for the Long Course or twice for the Short Course. The run is a flat, scenic 1 km circuit around Lake Neangar, with four laps for the Long Course and two for the Short Course, finishing with a celebratory sprint into the chute. All routes are well‑signposted and supported by volunteers, providing a safe and enjoyable experience.

Expect warm, dry conditions and strong UV levels, so dress in light, breathable clothing, wear a hat and sunscreen, and stay well‑hydrated throughout the race. Early morning starts help avoid the peak heat.
