Course Description
The XLR8 Obstacle Course winds through a mixed‑terrain park in Baldivis, featuring over 30 permanent obstacles such as walls, ropes, monkey bars, mud pits and low‑crawl sections. Runners can pick a 3 km, 5 km, 7 km, 10 km or 14 km distance, all beginning together at 2:00 pm. The course blends open‑air grass, compacted earth and slick mud, offering both high‑intensity climbs and technical balance challenges. With a 2.5‑hour cut‑off, participants sprint, crawl and swing their way to the finish, earning a finisher wristband and certificate. Spectators watch from the side while you experience a fun, family‑friendly yet challenging adventure.
