Course Description

The race takes place on the tranquil waters of Lake Burley Griffin at Black Mountain Peninsula, with a 1 km (Long Course) or 500 m (Short Course) swim followed by a 5 km or 2.5 km run on well‑maintained peninsula paths. The swim is a single‑lap, calm lake circuit, while the run consists of laps around the peninsula offering lake views, gentle inclines and flat sections. The Teaser shortens the swim to 250 m but keeps the 2.5 km run, and a dedicated Swim‑Only 2 km loop is also offered. Kids courses feature shorter swims and runs on the same safe, family‑friendly routes.

Getting There
