Course Description
All four events use the well‑known tarmac paths that circle Bibra Lake, providing a fast, flat and AIMS‑certified road course. Runners will enjoy views of the freshwater lake, parkland and native vegetation as they follow a clear, looped route that repeats for the longer distances. The course is fully sealed, making it ideal for personal best attempts, and features ample spectator zones for family support. A cut‑off time of 2:30 pm applies to every distance, and finishers of the marathon and half‑marathon receive medals. The terrain is entirely road, with no technical sections, ensuring a smooth running experience.
Getting There
The festival takes place in the suburb of Bibra Lake, Perth, Western Australia. As the races are run on public roads around the lake, participants should check the official website for detailed parking options and public‑transport information. The venue is easily accessed from the Perth CBD via major arterial roads, and arriving early is recommended to collect race packets and warm‑up.

Weather & What to Pack
July is winter in Western Australia, with typical daytime temperatures ranging from 8 °C to 16 °C and cooler mornings. Light rain and occasional breezes are common, so dress in layered, moisture‑wicking clothing and consider a hat or gloves for early starts. Hydration remains important despite the cooler weather; carry a small water bottle or use aid stations along the route.
