The 5K Foam Fest course winds through the St. Anne’s Winery grounds, blending paved paths with grassy and mud sections for a mixed‑terrain experience. Runners start with a foamy kickoff, then tackle hurdles, slip‑n‑slides, mud crawls and the world’s largest inflatable waterslide before finishing in a foam‑filled finale. With 2.5 million cubic feet of foam pumped all day, the course stays lively and wet, while optional obstacles let participants choose their own pace. Hydration stations and washrooms are placed along the route, and staff are on hand to guide or assist through any challenge.
