Course Description

The Qi Gong event offers three colour‑coded trail courses winding through the native bush of Wungong Regional Park. The Green Course (4‑6 km) is a gentle loop with rolling hills, ideal for beginners and families. The Blue Course (9‑12 km) adds longer climbs and mixed terrain, offering photo‑ops on ridge tops. The Black Course (12‑16 km) challenges experienced runners with steeper ascents, technical footpaths and varied surfaces of dirt, sand and clay. All routes are clearly marked with blue flagging tape and PTS arrows, and feature water refill stations at key points. Expect stunning views of the dam, gum‑tree canopy and open meadow sections.
