Course Description
The 5K Foam Fest winds through the scenic Gateway Lakes park on Gateway Island, blending paved paths with mud pits, foam‑filled zones and inflatable obstacles. Runners start at the Foamy Start, tackle hurdles, a Chamber of Foam, slip‑n‑slides, the Corkscrew and the world’s largest inflatable waterslide before finishing in the Foamy Finish. With 25 obstacles and 2.5 million cubic feet of foam, the course offers both challenging sections and optional routes, so participants can run, walk or charge at their own pace while enjoying the lakeside views and summer sunshine.
